A few years ago, I would have eaten something like that and really enjoyed it and not given one thought to the sodium, fat, cholesterol content at all and I would not have thought it was gluttony either. Now I have lost almost 40 lbs since last March and I watch what I eat very carefully. I rarely eat any red meat anymore. Although right now, I am hungry, but I will resist the temptation and get something else to eat!
